Media resources or aids may only be used in noncommercial content (presentations, lecture, podcasts, supervisee training) subject to Fair Use limitations.  Any time you use ABA Made Simple media resources or aids, always use proper citation in which ABA Made Simple is cited as the source and owner of the content.

III. Return/Cancellation Policy:


Purchase and/or Lease Terms of Agreement

The purchase and/or lease of electronic goods, including PDF downloads and online content/material is subject to the following terms and conditions.  Consumers are advised to review these terms prior to making any purchase or lease.

We cannot provide a refund for these items.  All sales are final.

Asynchronous courses

An exchange, store credit or full refund is provided if a cancellation is made by emailing us or completing our Simple Cancellation Form prior to activating your e-learning course(s).  Store credit, exchanges or refunds must be requested by emailing JoinABAMadeSimple@gmail.com 


Cancellation requests can be made within 14 days of activating the course.  A store credit or prorated refund up to 50% will be provided based on the learner completing no more than 50% of the course.  If a learner has completed 51% or more of the course, he/she may receive a store credit of 50% of the course's purchased price.  No refund will be provided after this time period.  Cancellations must be requested by emailing JoinABAMadeSimple@gmail.com 

Synchronous courses

Cancellation requests need to be made within 48 hours prior to the start of the LIVE session.  Cancellation requests made within 48 hours prior to the event can request an exchange to a different LIVE event and date, store credit or full refund.  No refund will be provided after this time period as we have secured the presenter and their time to conduct the LIVE course.  However, please remember, most LIVE classes or courses will be recorded and available within our store. Cancellations must be requested by emailing JoinABAMadeSimple@gmail.com 

Extension requests

Course extensions can be granted for any course that is not designed to meet a credentialing body’s standard to become eligible to apply for a specific professional credential (exclusions apply).  For eligible courses, request an extension of 30 days for 50% off the original cost or $25 (whichever is the lower cost) by emailing JoinABAMadeSimple@gmail.com 


Some courses we deliver are designed to meet and exceed the quality training standards set-forth by a credentialing body, like the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (www.BACB.com).  In such cases, we prohibit students from extending a course that serves this function.  The following course(s) may not be extended, however, you may retake the course in its entirety so we can maintain the integrity of our programming, the field of behavior analysis, and maintain the standards that align with a particular credentialing body.

IV. Certificate Administration & Record Retention Policy:


Retention of Learner Records Terms of Agreement

Due to the nature of our services, quality assurance measures, and record retention requirements set-forth by  third-party credentialing entities, we maintain records of our learners' course attendance, performance, and certification distribution for a minimum of 7 years.

The Course Completion Certificate and/or a CEU Certificate is earned by meeting our course completion standards which include:

For most programs, you will automatically receive a Certificate of Completion or CEU Certificate (whichever applies to your registered course) to the Email we have on record.  You may find a copy of your Certificate within your ABA Made Simple portal.   Please note, we strongly encourage users and registrants to use their personal email as the primary contact on your account, and your work/employer email as your secondary contact so certificates are directly delivered to your personal  inbox.

Synchronous requirements

The Course Completion Certificate and/or a CEU Certificate is earned by meeting our LIVE course completion standards which include:


For most LIVE programs, you will automatically receive a Certificate of Completion or CEU Certificate (whichever applies to your registered course) via Email within 48-hours of the airing date of the class.  One can request a copy of their Certificate within 3 years of the date it was earned by either logging into your account or Emailing us at JoinABAMadeSimple@gmail.com 

V. Governing Terms:


The terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the laws of the United States, generally, as may be applicable.  Use of this Site by individuals outside of Florida or the United States shall not be construed as creating sufficient “contacts” for the purpose of establishing jurisdiction governing the activities of ABA Made Simple, LLC.  ABA Made Simple, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to this Site without notice or cause.
